ERS INSURANCE CLAIMS Q&A



Question 1: What insurance companies are accepted at Enhance Rehab Services Ltd?


Answer: Currently the following insurance providers are accepted at Enhance Rehab Services Ltd:

  • Beacon Insurance

  • Cardea Insurance

  • Clico Insurance

  • Guardian Life Insurance (we also do accept Guardian Easiconnect Claim Cards to provide real time claims to patients)

  • M&M or Unimed Insurance

  • Maritime Insurance

  • Pan American Insurance

  • Sagicor Insurance

  • Tatil Insurance


Question 2: What is the claim process like at Enhance Rehab Services Ltd?


Answer: Here are the steps when claiming for insurance at Enhance Rehab Services Ltd:

  • Upon your initial appointment, once you have your doctor’s referral letter addressed directly to Enhance Rehab Services or it can be an open referral letter addressed as “To Physiotherapist”, we can begin the claim process.

  • We can provide insurance forms or patients can bring their forms as well.

  • Each form is usually filled out after 4 sessions per claim, however patients can request to be completed before that. The form is then stamped, dated and signed by your physical therapist.

  • A paid, signed and stamped invoice is then attached to the completed claim form. We also provide a copy of your referral letter to be submitted along with your first claim to the relevant insurance company.


Question 3: If I use TTARP or other benefits, can I claim for that appointment?


Answer: Yes, if you are a TTARP member receiving the TTARP discount, you can claim for the appointment as it will be noted on the paid invoice to your insurance company. 


However, if you are a patient who has purchased an ERS payment bundle package, insurance claims are not applicable to these.
