Snack on some yummy Christmas Fruit & Nut Clusters, a delectable Chocolate Cake or a delicious and crisp seasonal salad!

Fruit & Nut Clusters
Ingredients:
1 cup milk/semi-sweet/dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup roasted almonds (crush for smaller size if desired)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (toast for added flavor)
1/4 cup raisins/cranberries
Instructions:
Put the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and cook in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Once the chocolate is melted, toss in other ingredients and mix until coated.
Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto a lined tray and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
